Delray Beach did a good job reserving this as a green space and ensuring that this part of the city has good drainage and buffer to keep the neighborhood in good shape and limit sprawl.

This is a large park but it’s quite passive. There are no ballfields or playground here, just a nice walking trail and open space area. On this Saturday morning when I stopped by, there were some fellow friendly folks who were walking around the park with me. Nice! Leashed dogs are permitted and all that I encountered were also friendly.

There is no specific parking, just pull onto the grass but be careful you don’t sink in or damage it!
