Boulder Park

Boulder Park offers a well-maintained walking path suitable for dogs and kids, with wheelchair accessible entrances. Visitors may encounter ticks and mosquitoes especially off the path during summer, and there is some noise from a nearby gun range. It’s a pleasant natural setting with opportunities to see wildlife, but visitors should be mindful of other pet owners and clean up after their dogs.

1st time there today with my bunny, saw a little wild life was a great hike😊
Excellent walk if you have dogs who are bomb proof however if your dogs are afraid of firework type noises. But be aware there is evidently a gun range nearby and it is quite loud at this park. Also do not go off the path because we came home with ticks. Mosquitoes in the woods are also very thick. The last two things are unpreventable of course so prepare ahead of time in the summer months. Otherwise it is a nice, well tended path. Also several irresponsible pet owners (lady with an Alsatian today) did not pick up after their dogs so watch your step.
