K9 Mania Dog Training

This place changed our lives. We adopted a little terrier/chihuahua mix off the street in Puerto Rico (Spike). He’s a sweet dog but was so high-strung. He’d bark at everything— trucks, rain, the blender… any time we left the house (even an hour), he’d pee on the floor or rip things up. We were skeptical that there’d be any hope for him, but we figured we’d make the investment and give this a try. We enrolled him in the four-week board and train program. His main trainer was Erika (and Stella), and THEY CHANGED OUR DOG. All behavior issues GONE. Has not barked since we picked him up. Today someone lit off fireworks in the neighborhood and he didn’t even flinch. We are overjoyed. This was worth every penny, and I love that the trainers are always available via text for ongoing questions or concerns and continuing ed. It’s a loving, caring place. I’d recommend it to anyone. I had a wonderful experience with k9 mania. My evaluation with Dave was smooth and comforting. He answered all our questions and concerns and ensured that we could get our boys to their best potential. Jayden was the trainer for both our dogs he is highly skilled, took great care of our dogs, he is resourceful and personable. He helped us understand what to implement at home for our dogs to continue their progress. The overall staff at k9 mania is friendly and cheerful. They’re very compassionate with the updates they give throughout the duration of your dogs stay with pictures and videos, they were helpful for those of us who miss our pups while they are away. We had a wonderful experience with our dog Charlie and his trainer Jamie. His time at K9 has made a world of difference in his calmness and obedience. He is still the same loving puppy, but much easier to control. The staff was very good about sending us pictures and videos and keeping us informed along the way. Jamie was great with Charlie and we felt very comfortable leaving him in her hands.

My family and I don’t have words to describe how grateful we are for Natalie and the incredible work she put in with our dog, Tofu. Natalie was patient and kind to my shy, and very stubborn dog Tofu. The bond between them was such a beautiful thing to watch unfold during the weeks that went by. Natalie brought amazing information that was super helpful to give Tofu the tools to be confident, obedient, and not aggressive toward other dogs, plus so much more. Seeing Tofu blossom into the most loving dog made my heart so happy. I am so happy with the program they assessed that best fit his needs and I strongly recommend Natalie if you want a warm, loving, intelligent, and above all patient trainer. Thank you for all your hard work! Tofu will miss u so much.

Jaime was an amazing trainer, she built a strong bond with my husky, Logan, and truly understood him. Stella did our evaluation and was so sweet and amazing, which made me feel confident from the start. The entire K9 Marina team was professional, caring, and incredibly thorough. The facility was clean, and Jaime walked me through every step of the training process. I received regular updates, pictures, and videos, and always got compliments on Logan’s progress. You can tell they genuinely love and care for the dogs. I’ve tried multiple training schools before, but this experience was by far the best. I’m beyond grateful, especially to Jaime she’s truly one of a kind. Highly recommend!
