The dog park had shaded areas and trees inside the fence. There was a water fountain for the dogs inside the play area. The space was very open for dogs to play, run, and jump. The only negative I have is the entry driving to park. It is on a narrow gravel road. And the parking lot is sandy. So you will have to clean paws, shoes, car seats and floors.

Beware if you have a small or medium sized dog, or a determined larger dog – there are gaps of 6” or more in several areas of the fencing. My dog almost escaped but luckily I caught him. This occurs at most areas where the fencing meets a hill.
