Malette Park

Malette Park is a beautiful and accessible park located on the beach front with crystal clear water, making it ideal for swimming, picnics, and enjoying nature. It offers a great view of Lake Huron and passing freighters, with facilities including grills, benches, and a wheelchair accessible parking lot. The park is also dog-friendly and a nice spot for kayaking and family activities, including watching events like boat races. Parking is available, although seating is limited to benches.

Small clean park. Great view of the St. Mary’s. Fun time watching the cardboard boat races. Viewed Freighter after dark.
Nice quiet park to enjoy a picnic and watch freighters go by.
Malette Park is a great location to explore via kayak and it has a sandy beach. The water is crystal clear with may fish to see!
The reason I give it a five- stars as the roadside Park go, because of the easy on and off Highway 134 for a nice little rest stretch your legs with a decent View and some roadside literature beyond that there’s not much there it’s just an on-off road with a couple benches and a nice view of the Great Lake Huron and all the Freighters in boats floating by
We experienced the fireworks here on the 4th. What a beautiful park. It has grills, beach front, and alot of nature to soak up.
Parking is ok.
