Highland Dog Park is a popular destination for dog owners looking for an off-leash area in Dayton, Ohio. The park boasts two large fenced enclosures, making it ideal for dogs to run and play safely. Spacious green areas, a big open field, and picnic tables under the shade offer both pups and their owners plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
This dog park stands out for its active local involvement, with many volunteers helping to keep it running and enjoyable for all. In addition to the dog-focused amenities, there are also playgrounds, basketball hoops, soccer goals, and unique wood carvings, making Highland Dog Park a fantastic family-friendly destination in Dayton.
Love this place meet my wife there. Under the big tree in the middle of the park. Great memories of this place
Would be a decent dog park but it is clear that it’s not being maintained. The grass inside the fenced dog Park area hasn’t been cut and what looks like weeks. However the fields surrounding the dog park have clearly been cut.
There’s a dog park (my dog loves it), though it would be nice to have a garbage can near it. There is also a playground, basketball hoops, soccer goals, and a big open field. Just over the hoops, there are wood carvings
Great spot for people to take their dogs. A lot of volunteer hours made this place possible. People need to pick up their dog’s 💩 and throw out away instead of hanging the bags on the fence like some disgusting love lock display.
Love this dog park! There is 2 large enclosers for the dogs to play in with a picnic table to sit at in the shade . My dogs love it there.
