Great dog park in a great neighborhood. We bring our dog here frequently and it’s always a good time! Good people come here and have well behaved dogs. Never had an issue.

Maintenance of dog parks seems to be declining in the Dayton area, including Oakwood. The park is nestled in a secluded area with ample space for large and small dogs, shaded seating areas, some play and agility equipment, and other donated items. A bonus at this park is having a water spigot within the park itself. Much of the grass in the large dog area has been replaced with wood mulch

What a great dog park hiding here. We loved it. Great doodie clean up supplies and water services. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll definitely come back.

Standard fenced in yard. They had several tennis balls and some dog parkour implements. They are struggling with weeds in the small dog park. Nice and quiet area. Seems very safe. Water bowls and a water spigot for water. They do have parking and a ramp for strollers and wheelchairs.
The sign says only for dogs with county’s animal registration.
So we will not be back as travel nurses.

This dog park is great! My rowdy german shepherd has made the best of friends. The park is clean and well maintained, you can separate small and large dogs. In the summer they even put out a kiddie pool for the pups to splash in! 10/10 !
