Great place for hiking the trail is excellent and offers many things to see be aware lots of ticks on the trail make sure that you have protection
After seeing this pasted on social media and decided that seeing this in person while the leaves are at peak had to be a spectacular site. So I hoped in my vehicle and wow 😯 if you get a chance they have North Country Walking Trails off of Watts Mill Road that you’ll love too. Pics4yinz ~ Roscoe
Would like to thank everyone involved with keeping the North Country Trail in such good condition. Best hiking experiences I’ve had in a long time. Such beautiful scenery, Majestic views, and you also get to see some wildlife on occasion.
The trails are well maintained and marked. Just did a full moon 3.2 mile night hike. It was great!
One of our favorite places to go for family hikes. Some steep hills, but absolutely doable for those in generally good health. NOTE: The NCT Wampum Chapter has an ADA trail in development, as well. Wear orange during hunting season, as it passes through State Gamelands!
