But the facility is sadly often filled with folks who do not have control of their dogs, and yet they still keep them off lease. I took a legit biting when someone’s big girl was going after a little guy…one of their humans was distracted and the other thought they were playing. The little guy was taken to an emergency vet. 😔

You are better off saving your gas and time by staying home than coming here. My boyfriend drove 30 minutes to this park, because the photos showed it to be a clean nice place for our dogs. He showed up and sent these photos to me. He left after 5 minutes; not only due to the water being disgusting, there was no shade for the dogs and him at all. We will be looking for cleaner better park in the city. We suggest you do that too yall!

It’d been a while since letting the crew, Chico and Charlie run at a dog park, and this one did not disappoint! They ran and ran and ran. When I was ready to go, Charlie wasn’t… and she won. No picks inside the dog run area this time (UPDATE: More pics added, pups🐾 lakeside 🏞 6/15/25). I guess I was more of a helicopter dog dad this time. But the walk outside… the lake… OMG. Do people still say that? Can a guy say that? Lol. Wow wow wow. These pics don’t do it justice. Thanks to whomever keeps this area pleasant for the dog dads and dog moms. Most importantly, for all the furry family members 🐾🐾
