Would be five stars but I couldn’t find a bathroom or water fountain. Clean, good equipment, small parking lot, and ecologically minded (with a rain water garden). Friendly neighbors too!

A lovely little park. My twins love that you can hear the bell that rings on the hour (in downtown Dagsboro.) We sometimes bring lunch to have little picnics at the picnic tables. My only issues are:1. The amount of ants at the park, which I know no one can control.2. The mulch. The old fashioned wood mulch gets stuck to my kid’s clothing and is near impossible to get off. My daughter has a fleece winter coat and I washed and dried it several times to try and get the mulch off with no luck. I had to eventually pick each piece off by hand. Please consider rubber mulch!!I edited this because we went this evening and the ants are so bad we couldn’t play on the playground. There were hundreds of thousands of ants EVERYWHERE.

Everything is nice and clean here and it’s a nice place to go for a little outing. There are a couple bench swings and swings not only for babies but children also. I like that is clearly marked that one set of toys is for ages 2-5 and the other set is for 5 to 12. Picnic areas with nice too. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that the healthy Trail was out along the main roads instead of what looked to be a trail leading towards the back. We will definitely be back.
