A good park with a good nature walk. It also has a cool water tower next to it.
Very cool little park to stop while on trail. Plenty of covered places to sit with tables. No bathroom
Love the colorful water tower. The locomotive and the signage on it made my day. Found this park without looking and was quite happy to do so.
I chose to visit this city because I always pass it when I’m going through Iowa to visit friends in Kansas, and I’m immature. Stumbling across this park with its itty bitty city hall made my day. I was hoping you’d have a gas station with a mug or bumper stickers because truthfully y’all could make a couple bucks selling souvenirs, just because some of us passersby have a sophomoric sense of humor. And also enjoy trains. Idk what the history is here but y’all should capitalize on it, plus the name, if you already don’t.
Anyway thank you for existing, sorry I am perpetually going on 12.
Love the variety of play equipment and the trails right on site that give an extra option for walking and biking. Great place for a pit stop while riding on the bike trail. Water on site.
Small park but definitely lots of life and the bike trail is amazing even just to go on a nice walk with my dog.
