All gravel, no grass, water is minimal. So is shade. A dog park built to minimize maintenance as well as quality of experience. Disappointing!
Fun place to bring the dogs. It’s big enough for them to run compared to the West Hollywood dog park on San Vicente. Every dog owner is friendly. Mostly everyone picks up after their dog. They have water bowls but I’d bring your own because of biofilm. It’s all dirt, so I’d suggest close toed sneakers/boots and a face mask if you have trouble breathing. Our dogs are about 5 years old and we adopted them a year ago from shelters. Boneyard is a great place to socialize them since there’s enough space for them to roam and choose to interact with other dogs. Plus there’s cars passing, so it’s a great place to acclimate dogs. No nearby restrooms. There is a free parking lot that fits about 20 cars, then the rest are metered along the street
