Crozet Dog Park
Crozet Dog Park is a spacious, wheelchair-accessible dog park featuring separate fenced areas for small and large dogs. It offers amenities like picnic tables, public restrooms, shaded seating areas, and a toddler pool for dogs to swim. The park is mulched to prevent muddy spots and surrounded by nature, providing a pleasant environment for both dogs and their owners. It has easy access paths and parking near the main entrance by the baseball field.

Two areas–one for large dogs, one for small. Both areas have ample room for dogs to run. Only problem is they are not very visible and can be hard to find as parking is not where these are.
I did not see any dogs, but a playground.
There is a path to the dog park behind the under 12 play area. Really enjoyed but wished there was grass. Love that it is nicely fenced.
The Crozet dog park is by far my favorite. It was a 30 min drive for me from my house in Charlottesville but well worth it. The Google map directions took me to Park Lane instead of the main entrance so when you see Gladius Park just turn in there and park to the right near the baseball field and there you will see the first sign for the dog park path. Then just follow the path to the dog park. It has a small dog area as well as a large fenced area. This park has water for the dogs, many trees and a shaded area to sit for humans. It’s also surrounded by greenery and trees so it has nice nature sounds as you play with your dog. The ground is all mulched so no muddy watering holes (I wanted to take my dog to a spot where he won’t get so muddy). The main area when you first pull into the park also has bathrooms for humans. Idefinitely recommend this spot for any in and around Crozet.
This is an extremely large park. They even have a toddler pool so the pups can get wet. My girls loved it.
