A nice place to walk, play and hangout with family, sad that I don’t have any friends…
They charge you NULL dollars if you live in Indiana and ? if you live in Illinois.

Why do you charge???

But sometimes it’s free.

The place is cool and clean, except sometimes people don’t clean after themselves.
You can bring your dog here too.
The tennis fields are in bad condition.

Had a great time here with some recovery friends, the park was great at assisting us with getting a pavilion rented for our party. Very spacious lots of tables had power, not sure if they had waterNULL Plenty to do lots of trails, frisbee golf, volleyball courts, soccer fields, concession stand, disc golf store, play area for the kids and some water attractions. Grounds were meticulously maintained. Everything was easy to find and access. Even had a covered bridge on one of the trails. Really enjoyed ourselves thank you very much!

Went there for a disc golf tourney. Everyone was super nice and the atmosphere was chill. The park was clean, no garbage on the floor. Garbage cans were maybe 1/2 full at worst. Very nice park IMO.

Family favorite and dog friendly. Lake County Parks are a real treasure. Look out for sunset.

This park is serene, clean and well managed. The lake itself is small but has an easy, well paved trail. It has restrooms, playground, Frisbee Golf and fantastic catch and release fishing. There is a fee to enter but bring a picnic and make a day out of your visit. Dogs are welcome so bring your fury friends.
