I love the landscape, people are educated with the music and volumen. If you like kayak and boat you are able to live the experience

This is pretty empty during the Weekdays that We have visited. There are BBQ areas with picnic tables. It’s dog friendly. You can even bring your own BBQs to the picnic/grass areas but beware of all of the poop from the visiting geese. There’s plenty of parking adjacent to the picnic area. It’s next to the beach enclosure and you have to pay for both the beach and parking entrances. The fees are discounted for those who have a park pass/membership.

This place is so relaxing. After lunch at the gorge park, we headed here. It was so much a lovely view. Lots of people fishing, good picnic area and nice park for the kids to play in. We had some hot tea on an awesome spring day
