I like this trail. Its a creatively designed, dog-friendly trail with a couple of small hills, filtered shade, viewing platforms, and mile markers at 1/2 mile increments. The total distance is 2.5 miles one-way, 5 miles round trip. The downside is that its all concrete. From a running perspective, concrete is the hardest surface you can run on.

It is great for bikes. Our kids ride their bikes, i run with them, and my wife walks the dogs.

Watch for wildlife. Not only will you see Egrets and There are snakes. Our dog got a tic while going off the trail. We go every couple of days as a family.

Very nice. Folks there are not a fan of cyclists though. The view is absolutely breathtaking!
