The staff are kind and you can tell they love taking care of the animals.
They constantly alternate the dogs in the play yard so they are not bored in the kennel all day. I also like how they only let your dogs play with other dogs in their family so there is no worry of your dog not getting along with a new dog.
I love how you have the option to pay a little extra for them to take your dog out to play and swim at the pond. I have never seen another kennel that had this activity/amenity.
Lastly, they are understanding. I recently had to cancel a booking the day of because one of my dogs had a procedure the day before and had side effects I was not expecting. They were not upset and did not charge me a cancellation fee.
