This is such a great park. It has a two mile loop for walking or biking, a large playground area, rest rooms, and a sizeable pond that may people fish in because it gets stocked every year. It is truly a wonderful community asset. The only negative is that the parking lot is on the small size in the main area and many individuals going to the community college across the street will park there so that they do not have to get a permit and it is closer to the several of the buildings than some of the parking lots at the college.

Reasonably clean, has plenty of benches and tables for picnics. There is a baseball field and public restrooms near the parking lot. Could use more parking space, though. The playground is quite impressive. There is also a lake (pond?) that people fish in. 5k races are held here occasionally.
