Big spring park in cotter is nice place to go. It offers some playground equipment like a normal park it has base ball filed plenty of parking mostly paved and offers views of old cotter Bridge big spring also offers a spring feed swimming hole that is free to use it offers a rope swing water is very cold ❄ recommended jumping in using the swing
This place is amazing. We spent several hours here a couple days during the week. The rope swing was the kids favorite. The youngest just played in the water. Nice clear, cold water coming out of the spring. And it’s all free. Clean and accessible.
Typical crowd for a hot summer day , there was to many people near the rope swing so we used the other lot and walked down to the white to get our cold water swim in . White was high , nice views . Could do without the guy playing music as if he was a DJ for the whole parking lot but hey that’s what you get in these places .
