This is an excellent straight, non inclined trail that is family/stroller friendly. This trail consists of 14 miles worth of paved sidewalk that is alongside gorgeous natural scenery and multiple bridges. There are many fruit trees free for picking and enjoying that they have planted all along your walk and the chance to see beautiful horses and even a river toward the end of the trail. This hike is known for filming parts of a few movies such as “Stand by me”. 100% reccomend!!

This is a great place to start the Row River trail if you want to bypass the urban parts of it. Ample parking with a host on site to keep the riff Raff away. 2 vault toilets on site that I’d recommend parking upwind of. They stink far worse than any vault toilet I’ve ever smelled.

Best ride so far. We started the Row River Trail here and took it out to Dorena Lake and back. The only reason we turned back was because our batteries were low. We could have gone all day.

It was paved the whole way. There was some damage to the trail, especially in the wooded areas but a lot of them were marked. This stretch of the trail went through fields, woods, past the dam and along the lake. Definitely going back.

100% paved. Great trail for walking, wheelchairs, elliptigos, rollorblades, and biking.

From Mosby Creek Trailhead parking lot bathroom to the 2nd bathroom is 3.6 miles. This bathroom overlooks Dorena Lake through the trees.

Starting from Mosby Creek Trailhead you will get 1.5 miles of clean fairly level path heading towards Dorena Lake. This part is mostly fields lined with trees, pastures with cows, migrating fowl, and friendly Mules that like pets.
After the 1st Hwy crossing one side is a planted forest and the other a big field. In the distance, you can see a 2nd covered bridge. This section has a few old fruit trees along the sides of the path.
You will eventually cross the river for the 2nd time and come to the 2nd Hwy underpass crossing.
The path becomes steeper with moss, sticks, twigs, and uneven bumps because of tree roots under the concrete. A nice and shady section that stays cooler during the summer with trees along the path with lots of moss and sword ferns lining the shady sides of the path. This section from the 2nd Hwy under crossing to the 3rd road crossing is roughly 1.2 miles. Almost 100% all a gradual uphill climb.
