Grass had some stickers at various locations. Has two different areas, one for small dogs and other for larger dogs.
This park is very clean, has a water station, separate areas for big and small dogs, even provides poop bags and garbage can, and a view of the bay. Yes it’s small, but reviews are not meant to compare it to all the other parks in the world, but to review the condition and environment of THIS park. It is so well kept, high quality fencing, and it’s in a great location. If you live downtown then you know there’s no other places to let your dogs off leash.
Our girls always have a blast here! Kids are friendly and plenty of playground equipment. It’s right next to the beach so if the weather’s good, easy access to play on the beach!
I love the obstacle course at the Kingsville location. Wish the Corpus Christi dog park had some of those.
The park is clean, gated, and separate sides for small and big dogs. I love the location! There is a water source and a picnic bench. I think more shade is needed for sure. That would be my only con. I use the small dog..its a fun and friendly atmosphere
