We are one year into our thousand trails membership and have HATED every single campground we have gone to (especially in Pennsylvania). Alpine Lake is making us reconsider dropping it. We took our 30ft rv to spot 262 and it was spacious, well kept, and gorgeous. The wildlife alone made me feel like a true Disney princess. The staff are warm and welcoming—which made it an easy decision and process when we decided to extend our stay by a week.
The overall location is super convenient to lake George, Saratoga springs, and so much more. It is beautiful up here in the Fall especially.
One thing to note—they do need stricter rules about golf carts, speed limits, and loud noises. Folks drive around their golf carts and vehicles super fast (with children walking around) and act very privileged about it. Music was blaring so loudly during the day that we couldn’t hear our own rv music. Just basic etiquette is missed by what seem to be the seasonal sites. We didn’t let that ruin our slice of heaven there but hope to see improvements in the future.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Alpine Lake Campground in Corinth, NY, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, Amy in the front office was incredibly helpful and full of valuable information, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The campground itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Whether you’re looking to relax by the lake or explore the surrounding nature, this place has it all. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

We paid for a lake view site which according to the website looked inviting for fishing. This is not the case. (See pictures attached). I was also under the impression according to their strict rules/policies which I read that the sites would be nicely maintained and neat which also wasn’t the case. It was more like a full time mobile home park with most sites full of outside clutter and storage. If you have a fear of spiders or rats do not use the laundry facility ( also photos attached). Overall just poorly maintained.

We camped here last week, a great location for this campground. We attended Americade which was a few miles north at Lake George. Our camper was situated between 2 ponds, a very nice view. The only issue was when we checked in early afternoon, there was no water, a water break had occurred, we went to sleep that night with no water. I was told by a regular there it happens frequently so to the number of sites there and water pressure. The grounds were very clean and well managed.

This is a RV resort/ campground, so the questions pertaining to a “hotel” don’t apply. It’s quiet, we’ll kept and very relaxing. It’s on a lake and many of the sites are lake facing. My husband and I were here for the Lake George “Americaide” motorcycle week. It was close enough to be a nice, short ride to Lake George but far enough away as to not be in the middle of all the festivities when we were ready for some downtime. Would definitely come back.
