This is a nice, large, fully fenced play area. There is agility equipment and benches in the shade. There are trash bins and poop bags available. It is at the back end of the fairgrounds. When we were there, it was over 90°, so it would’ve been nice to have a water source… We did have our own. It looks like they are still working on making this a great spot.

We were the only people (and dog) there on a Memorial Day Monday. We enjoyed a break on the shaded bench while our doggo took in all the sniffs. Good access to shade and garbage cans before noon and very little evidence of previous visitors (like dog poo or trash). Probably not much shade in the afternoon or evening, but it was just what we needed to let our pup stretch her legs!

This place was a godsend while we were traveling back from Canada. There is a double gate and doggie bags to pick up the Pooh. It is a large acre lot right next to a baseball field. The only thing that was missing, and it might have been there what is a source of drinking water.

Went here for the first time today, and really enjoyed it. Granted, we had the park all to ourselves (Sunday – game day), but it’s a very nice park. Sturdy fences. Very wide open. Lots of space for dogs to run freely. Separate enclosure for small breeds. Several benches. Several doggie bag stations. Obstacle course. Clean and well maintained grounds.

The only downside is that there’s no running water, so be sure to bring water with you. Also, it’s a bit tricky finding the entrance if you’ve never been here before, but these are only minor complaints and I definitely plan on returning.

It’s only been here for a couple of years and a lot of organizations have donated make this dog park special. The only thing I seen with a dog park that could make it very special is if there was some sort of running water to the dog park. Maybe make a system to water plants and trees dedicated water faucet for the dogs to get water refills, today 90 degrees outside and it’s hot. There is a blue recycle garbage can full of water but it’s also full of pollen as well and it’s in the middle of the dog park and there’s no shade on it so it is in a plastic container and plastic does break down over time and will go into the water.
