I have been living at Parc Preserve for 3 years and have had virtually no issues. Office and maintenance staff are always prompt, professional, and diligent. Shout out to Alonzo for always being great!
My mother recently passed and I had to move from the home we were in due to grief. So I was not in a good place. I came in and met Mikayla and she has the prettiest smile and such a welcoming young lady. We talked and she understood my heart. She was very patient with me as we looked at apartments. The entire stafff is Amazing and appreciated!
Absolutely loved living at this apartment complex during our 4.5 years here! The amenities are top-tier from the gym and relaxing pool to the thoughtfully planned resident events that bring the community together. The office staff is phenomenal, and I want to especially highlight Bethany and Blaine — they are incredibly kind, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. They’re some of the most amazing people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in any housing experience.
The maintenance team deserves major praise as well from Alonso to Joshua — always prompt, efficient, and remarkably friendly. Every request is handled quickly and with genuine care. It’s clear that the entire team here takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just an apartment, but a community!
