I’ve been a loyal Marriott customer for over 20 years, and this is one of their nicest properties. Clean and modern, with the typical Springhill suites layout in the rooms and great amenities for a family or solo traveler. The indoor, heated pool has plenty of space (and fountains!), and the hot tub could fit 20 people. There’s a decent gym on site, a great outdoor patio (with more fountains!), and of course free breakfast. Easy access on/off I-90 (but surrounded by trees so you don’t notice), you can walk to some nearby restaurants on the Spokane River, or it’s just a few minutes into town.

This hotel was easily one of the best Marriott properties I’ve ever stayed at—and that’s saying a lot as someone who has also stayed at brands like the Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott. The service and value you get here is truly next level.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and even two different kinds of waffle mixes (a great touch!). The two ladies working the front desk on August 26th were absolutely amazing—truly going above and beyond. I don’t recall their names, but they absolutely deserve recognition and, honestly, pay increases for their outstanding service.
The pool was spotless and very enjoyable, our room was fantastic, and to top it off, they even had live music.

Amazing everything!!! ❤️ Great breakfast. They even had birthday cake waffle mix.
There were even free bikes you could ride. They had a great path to walk on. It led to a cute town. Over all, it was great. 5 stars

We stayed here as part of an anniversary and birthday trip with our whole family and hands down it was one of the best experiences that we’ve had at a hotel especially in this area.
the manager named Tucker went above and beyond and out of his way to acknowledge our anniversary and to give us a little gift basket filled with goodies.
we especially loved the breakfast extras like smoothies for the kids on weekends and waffles with strawberries and whipped cream.
the kids really love swimming in the pool which was really nice and refreshing and they had little activities in and outside of the hotel that were simple but nice for the kids to do like the Putt-Putt green and the games inside the lobby area.

Absolutely blown away by our stay here at Springhill Suites. My husband was here on business and my daughter and I tagged along. The parking was excellent, there were free bikes to rent and a mini golf course that we enjoyed. The staff were SO friendly and greeted us often and were very helpful if we needed anything at all. Every single staff member we encountered were so kind and personable. We were impressed by the free wine and chip event each evening too! A friendly atmosphere for gathering in the front lobby. The free hot continental breakfast had a ton of options and accommodations for all. We were very impressed with the presentation and cleanliness. We really enjoyed the big beautiful pool and hot tub daily! I was stressed about being in a hotel for an entire week, but was happy to see there is a 24/7 laundry room for guests as well. I highly recommend staying here for all of your needs! We didn’t always have access to a car, and were comforted by the fact that there was a nice walking path down to local shops, restaurants, and the river. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel when we come back to town. Also, the AC is top notch for those super warm days. Thanks for the great stay and see you next time!
