What a beautiful park right downtown! Easy access from I-90, large parking lots with designated RV parking as well. I was there on a Sunday and traffic was very light.
Nice, clean dog park, although small. Gravel surface, no grass and not really much area for dogs to explore. But room to romp, run and play. There two fenced areas and fresh water stations.

Great park on the waterfront. I like to hike Tubbs Hill. There are always people on the trail so it feels safe!
The restrooms are clean and comfortable. There is a small bar/cafe where you can sit waterfront and have a drink.
