Sierra Bicentennial Dog Park is a popular and spacious dog park in Clovis, California, located at 100 N Sunnyside Ave. Known for its pet-friendly trails and large, fenced-in areas, this park offers a dedicated safe space for dogs to enjoy off-leash play and socialization with other pups. Local dog owners appreciate the separate zones for small and large dogs, along with a designated area for acclimating new or shy dogs. The park is especially loved for its friendly community vibe and regular group of dog-loving locals, making it a great spot for both pets and their owners.
The park stands out for its ample shade, water fountains for dogs, benches for owners, and provided poop bags and waste stations for easy clean-up. While some visitors note seasonal mud and the need for careful supervision due to occasional aggressive dog behavior, most reviews highlight the park’s ease of access, reasonable parking (with a small fee), and close proximity to other sports fields and family amenities within Bicentennial Park. Whether you’re seeking a dog-friendly hike or a convenient spot to let your pup run free, Sierra Bicentennial Dog Park is a top choice in Clovis for a fun day out.
Penelope loves the dog park, espically when she has other friends to play with! 🐕
The park is great. My family has been coming here for years. Since before I was born. The dog park part is just a fenced off area in the middle. Not huge but good enough.
It’s nice that it’s here, it’s hard to find dog parks. Water is easily accessible, as are plastic bags for pick up. Could use more benches and any shade.
This place for there dog park, is disgusting, it’s muddy, it’s wet, there’s dog poop all over the place, it’s just really gross. It’s also very dangerous for your dog is especially the little ones. Cause there are loose big dogs everywhere with the owners. None of them are on leashes.
Great fenced area for both small and large dogs. Has a water fountain and is kept fairly clean of dog waste. Just wish there were more dogs for our Dusty to play with.
