Room was a standard hotel room, nothing fancy or specifically note worthy about it. The only bad thing I can specifically callout is the AC unit barely worked and when it did work, it would make loud noises which is fun to sleep through.

Its a nice, clean and aesthetic hotel. The few things that weren’t so great was the lack of water pressure in the shower which made it hard to wash shampoo and conditioner out of our hair, the bed was on the harder side, and the pillows go flat so I found myself waking up throughout the night trying to fluff them so I wasnt sleeping with my head on the mattress.

The hotel manager is extremely sweet yet when you share your credit card info with a hotel that doesn’t mean anyone can ask to use it for unknown charges without your approval.
A unknown fee under “restaurant room charges” was charged after I left the hotel.
When I called and after they investigated the manager gave me a call and informed me that “I asked them to charge a tip amount to the room”! Once again “after I checked out”.
The manager also informed me that I signed the receipt and she will scan it and send it to me “that was 4 days ago”.
Now the manager is always out when I call and I believe she doesn’t understand how dangerous it is when the employee can put charges on your credit card and sign on your behalf!
Now had to ask for a card replacement and I have to pay out of pocket for my company’s expenses.

Now and publicly! I dare someone from the hotel disagree with what I wrote.

Shame on you and never again! I really liked the hotel but it only take one incident like this one and you loose all the respect you had for everyone.

Now to me this hotel is full of untrustworthy Theifs who don’t care even if they’re caught stealing.

No explanation nor apologies were given.

I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews on Google, but I’m deeply disappointed. I found a note on my bed from a previous guest that indicated the bed was unclean if I found it. After my stay, my child also developed an allergy reaction.

I didn’t require a fashion room or exceptional service, but the inability to clean the room and replace the linens is unacceptable. I brought this issue to the front desk and showed them the note. They promised to call me to explain, but that never happened. It seems they don’t care about this matter at all. If you’re concerned about your health and the health of your loved one, it’s best to not stay here.

He made some amazing drinks along with great conversation. He made some amazing drinks to the point where we didn’t even want to leave. Anthony is definitely the reason we will booking this place in the future. Give that guy a raise.
