Watching grandson play baseball, the Best!!!
Beautiful place
Lots of trees all over
I really enjoyed my day there watching my granddaughter play. The baseball fields r well cared for. The facilities r clean , there’s plenty of shade.
There are softball fields, bleachers, shade trees, restrooms and when open for certain events, a snack bar. All the things you would need for playing and watching softball. But bring your own glove.
Nicely kept fields. Not sure why they do not use the scoreboards and have taken a couple out. It would be great when competing against other teams to have the score posted for all to see and at all age levels. I can not think of a time when we didn’t know the score to our games growing up and it helps everybody visualize when a team has made an awesome comeback! Without scoreboards we hear people constantly asking “what is the score” and most of the time the answers are “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know”. I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be for teams to keep asking the coach or other players the score when it should be posted. If there ever were arguments about the score of a game the umpires usually have the accurate score posted to the board for all to see. What are these kids out there playing for, high fives at the end of a game nobody is sure what the actual score was? I hope they bring the board back. There is plenty of money to pay for score keeping without raising the cost to play or the attendance fee… Back in the day we would have any volunteer run the scoreboard if we couldn’t find somebody. The objective of the game is to score points…. This is a really nice complex otherwise.
