The team went above and beyond, not only during the visit but also afterward, calling to check in and make sure he was recovering well. It’s such a relief to know he’s in good hands. I brought my senior Chihuahua in for her UTI and heart condition, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The doctor was very kind and took the time to explain her condition thoroughly. He genuinely seems to care about making your pet feel better. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend this place.

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 3 months. At almost 12 years old, my baby needed to have surgery that was more challenging than we originally thought it would be. Removal of a gigantic tumor on the left front leg. Dr. Elshafie did his magic and despite my original fears in the beginning of the healing process, both he and Margie comforted me and made me feel so supported. Her kindness was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and I’m forever thankful to her kind soul! We are now in the 7th week, and my sweetheart is stronger and better than ever. Extremely grateful for the entire staff and highly recommend bringing your babies here for any and all services. Some photos of Chloe now, hence the smaller leg. Hair is growing back lovely 🤍

Unfortunately I had to put my cat to rest yesterday morning. I rescued her when she was only a few weeks old, abandoned, cold and lonely on a huge construction site I was working on. Without hesitation I took her home and ever since her and I have had an amazing life together. So it’s easy to say that I was very over protective of her. When the time came to put her to rest due to cancer I was absolutely blessed to have used Animal Paradise. The entire staff was just the best. They really do care, not only for your pets but for you as well. Thank you all for making this very difficult situation a lot better.

I have been a customer for 4 years. The doctors are great, especially Dr. ElShafie. He is so kind and honest. The front desk staff are great too- always willing to help in any way they can. You can tell that they all truly love animals. They have treated 3 of my dogs and when my Lola passed away last summer, they printed her picture and hung it on the wall- I was so touched to see that. Their prices are reasonable and I never feel like they are incurring unnecessary costs like some other veterinary practices do. The front lobby and rooms are always spotless. I highly recommend Animal Paradise to anyone seeking honesty, a pleasant experience, and kind and helpful staff. Thank you so much for everything!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place. My fur baby needed emergency surgery and the staff here went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us and walk us thru everything. The vet and the staff were fantastic explaining everything we needed to know and took the time to answer all of our questions. Never felt rushed or brushed off. My angel had to stay 2 nights following her surgery and when i called the next day to check on her the woman who answered the phone was so helpful with giving me an update and even went a step further and sent me pictures of her. That really eased my mind. This will be the only place I will use going forward for all my fur baby needs. Thanks so much to the WHOLE STAFF at Animal Paradise Hospital!!!
