Hidden Springs Campground is a peaceful and well-kept spot for camping enthusiasts just outside Clearville, Pennsylvania. Known for its clean facilities, scenic mountain views, and welcoming staff, this campground is perfect for dog owners looking for a quiet retreat. Spacious RV sites, tent areas shaded by mature trees, and modern amenities make your stay comfortable whether you’re passing through or planning a longer getaway.
Beyond camping, Hidden Springs offers a range of activities and family-friendly features: a clean pool with chairs and umbrellas, pavilions, playgrounds, sand volleyball, spacious restrooms, and a catch-and-release fishing pond. Camper reviews highlight the park’s peaceful atmosphere—especially valuable for pet owners sensitive to noise, as gas-powered golf carts are not allowed—and its pet-friendly approach to vacationing in western Pennsylvania.
Would give five stars but the fishing pond was tough for kids to fish in due to weeds. Lol! Other than that, campground was great! Owners were very friendly and the pool was clean, spacious and had nice chairs and umbrellas! Definitely recommend!
Clean, quiet well kept campground. Traveling with 2 dogs and was grateful for their policies including no gas powered golf carts (my dogs hate the sound of golf carts), one of the best private campgrounds we’ve stayed at.
We loved it here! Can’t wait to come back! Very clean facilities, spacious sites and awesome amenities. Not far at all from Rocky Gap State Park & Casino which is also a plus!
Everything was clean and kept up. The permanent sites were also well kept. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately it was raining our entire stay and we didn’t get to sit outside much or enjoy the pool.
I would definitely return.
What a nice hidden gem at Hidden Springs Campground! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were super friendly and helpful. We loved how quiet it was, even on busier days. They have lots of amenities, including a pool, playground, pavilions, sand volleyball court, catch & release pond, laundry, and very nice restrooms and showers. Full hookups for RV camping. I loved all the trees throughout the campground, and the beautiful scenery of the mountains to the west. All the seasonal neighbors and fellow campers were friendly and fun. We will definitely return here for more camping adventures!
