Located within the Oakley Station community, Oakley Station Dog Park is a small, pet-friendly spot for local dog owners looking for a convenient and clean area for their dogs. This park features a fenced area, providing basic security for dogs, though the fencing is about 4 ft high. While not a traditional dog park open to all, it primarily serves residents of the Oakley Station apartments and is known for its upkeep and easy accessibility.
One major note for visitors: signs are posted requiring all pets to be kept on a leash, so it’s not officially an off-leash park. The park is best suited for smaller dogs and those who prefer a quieter environment. The location is praised for its cleanliness and convenient access for nearby residents in Cincinnati, though there are some concerns about sewer grates within the fenced area. Overall, Oakley Station Dog Park is a niche, resident-oriented dog park that appeals mostly to locals looking for a quick dog walk or playtime.
Great place for dogs!
Small but ok
Not a traditional dog park.
Seems to be for the residents of the Oakley Station.
Fencing about 4 ft high, and there are posted signs saying “all pets must be on a leash” – hardly a true dog park then.
Avoid unless you’re a resident of the apartment complex.
Pros: clean, convenient location
Cons: super small with 5 sewers located inside the fenced area. The sewers smell awful & pose as a risk for injury.
This is a nice park. It’s the perfect size for my little guy. Kept up very nicely.
