The park features a variety of amenities including hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, a playground suitable for kids, picnic tables, and a rentable pavilion with excellent acoustics. It is wheelchair accessible and has public restrooms (though sometimes locked). A spacious park with a good nature walk for families to enjoy. A surprisingly large variety of large trees with nice nature quote signs which welcome every step of the trail. My children enjoyed the fun playground. There is a large area of basketball and tennis courts. The pavilion was a fun visit with tremendous acoustics. The pavilion and shelters are available for reservations. The views from the hill of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati are absolutely stunning and well worth the trip. In our short visit, we saw no less than a dozen skinks! The park is beautiful, but minus 1 star as it seems some visitors do not care to keep it beautiful. There is a lot of trash simply thrown on the sides. However, I highly recommend a visit to Mt Echo Park. The views are seriously worth the trip!

Beautiful park and view of downtown Cincinnati.. I visited on a sunny yet chilly Saturday. I didn’t give 5 stars bc the restrooms were locked. Very disappointed with that, especially since it was

This is a beautiful park with amazing views. Unfortunately, a lot of people go there to smoke marijuana, which you can smell while sitting in your car. It smells horrible. There are also some Latin American men who drive while intoxicated and urinate on the side walks. Mornings are the best time to visit the park because it’s almost empty. There is police presence in the morning, but surprisingly, they’re not around in the afternoon and evening, which is when there’s so much traffic and shady activities.

I visited Mt Echo on a beautiful fall day. The views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati are the stars of this park.

There is a nice pavilion that can be rented for events.

There are a few very nice tennis and basketball courts.

I found one hiking trail, and like most trails in Cincinnati there is a lot of up and down. The leaves made the rock steps a bit slippery, but was easily navigated.

Awesome views of the Queen city from up above. Better than nearby viewpoints with much better view along the river and the city.
