Fleischmann Gardens is a charming, well-maintained urban park located in the Avondale community of Cincinnati. It features paved walking paths, grassy areas, beautiful trees providing shade, and a fully fenced perimeter making it safe for dogs and kids. The park offers playground equipment, multiple benches clustered in certain areas, and is wheelchair accessible, making it a welcoming spot for families and dog owners. While it has good seating, the park could benefit from more trash cans and tables to enhance comfort and cleanliness. Overall, it is a relaxing and kid-friendly green space in the city.

The park is nice. It’s pretty well maintained (not perfect, but good), there’s not a lot of trash, and there’s plenty places to sit.

I rode my bike there and brought a mat so I could lay on the grass and read my book, so it was overall pretty relaxing 😌

Good-sized park for being in an urban area with paved walking paths, grassy areas, trees, a playground, & benches. Very kid-friendly & dog-friendly. Enclosed by a fence all the way around the park with openings for public entrance.

I love this park! It’s well maintained, and the trees are so beautiful.
The one drawback is that all of the benches (of which there are many) are clustered in 1/3 of the park, rather than spread evenly throughout. I imagine it would be especially nice to have a couple of benches near the playground equipment so that parents and caregivers can watch their kids more comfortably. Also there is only one table, would love to have a few more tables.

It’s a decent park.. would be a good place to come if it wasn’t for all the trash littered everywhere… but since every trash can is way overflowing I guess the ground is the where it goes

A beautiful hidden gem in the center of the community of Avondale. Nice scenery to break away from the hot summer days. I just wish they had more trash cans and benches like the other park favorites in the city.
