As a passionate reviewer, I could not resist the opportunity to explore Fairview Park when I was nearby. I accessed the park from the north entrance, which was located in a lively urban neighborhood. But as soon as I entered the park, I felt a dramatic shift in the landscape and the mood. I followed a long road that ascended to a hilltop, flanked by trees on both sides. From one side, I could admire a panoramic view of the city and the azure sky. The road was also popular among walkers and runners, who enjoyed the fresh air and the scenery. I noticed that there was no designated parking area, so I had to park my car along the street, hoping not to cause any congestion. I spotted a small lookout point and decided to stop for a while. The vista from there was breathtaking, with nothing to block the sight of the city below and the sky above. I wondered how it would look at night, with the lights twinkling like stars. I was about to leave when another car arrived, making me feel uneasy. I continued my drive deeper into the park, along the winding road. At the other end of the road, or the start if you came from the opposite entrance, there was a grassy area with some sports fields and a playground for children. Across the road, there was another lookout point. The area was fairly clean, but it showed signs of neglect. The park was like an island of greenery, surrounded by hills. And to add to the contrast, there was a higher neighborhood that overlooked the park. This was a typical feature of Cincinnati’s topography. As I looked up, I saw a building that resembled the one at UC. From a distance, it looked like a medieval castle, or even the Hogwarts castle from the famous Harry Potter series, a majestic sight indeed. There was no one else using the park at that time, except for some runners and joggers.
Overall, Fairview Park did not have much to offer in terms of attractions or facilities. However, it excelled at providing stunning views that could be ideal for hosting events. I suppose if you live in the area, it could be a nice place for a stroll any time of the day.

This is really just used as a hook-up spot. So. I certainly don’t recommend you bring your family here. My dogs enjoyed it though.
