I went to pick my dog up @3:30 because I have to be back to work at 4. I didn’t get my dog until 3:57. I waited almost 20+ mins. The employees saint & Macy were obnoxiously rude about me informing them bout my time crunch. I will be unrolling my dog from this daycare & will continue to let others know about this specific Dogtown location. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!!
I’ve been taking my dog here for a year now and have had the BEST experience! He is so well taken care of and the staff is very friendly; it’s nice knowing my Beans is happy and cared for when I have to work. Alexus, the groomer, is also AMAZING! I’ve never had a better haircut for my doodle. Would recommend this place to anyone (:
Dog Trainer Donna Moore is awesome. Rebel was experiencing some behavioral issues at other daycares and Donna was able to work with him so he could get back into daycare. Rebel absolutely loves Donna. When we walk through the door he can’t wait to see her. I would highly recommend Donna for any of your dog training needs.
It’s time to find another facility. I stayed with them through one pet, and faithful with my new one, purchasing boarding and daycare passes, but I can’t continue to justify the costs with with we are provided. Best of luck to them, but I prefer to to patronize a place where I can get the level of care and service that I am paying for. My experience today, 3/10/25 solidify that with the curt response I received from them. This prompted me to inform a few friends and colleagues to no longer consider their pets for Dogtown’s services and for me to use what I have with them, since I cannot receive a refund, and move on.
My little shih-tuz Miles absolutely loves Dogtown Cincinnati! He’s always happy to go inside and I’ve been taking him there since he was a few months old, he is 3.5 years old now! I love that he is with the other small breeds so I don’t have to worry about him. They also offer grooming services which is very convenient to add on after a day of daycare or a separate day. One of the executive team, Olivia, is a friend of mine and is extremely passionate about animals and is dedicated to both her human and furry clients. We love Dogtown! 🐾❤️
