Burwood Park is a charming and quiet neighborhood park located in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio. Known for its accessibility and welcoming atmosphere, it offers wheelchair accessible entrances and parking, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the great outdoors. While the park is primarily known for its playgrounds and picnic amenities, dogs are welcome on the grounds, making it a convenient option for local pet owners searching for a dog-friendly park in Cincinnati.
The park features open green areas perfect for leashed dog walks, sheltered picnic tables, and a recently improved playground area for families with young children. Although there is no dedicated dog run or fenced off-leash section, Burwood Park’s tranquil environment and spacious layout make it suitable for relaxed strolls and on-leash playtime with your furry friend. It’s also a great spot for family outings with kids and pets.
It’s good, there was an old pool that if it was worked on, could be good. I want to give it a higher rating under the fact that it’s a nice hidden gem, but this gem is a bit dirty.
Burwood Park is quiet. Nice play area for small children, covered picnic tables. Further back, old play equipment; green riding dinosaur, high steal slice, etc.
A cute little park with a fe swings and playground for kids. They also have a small picnic area. Great for birthdays.
This park has seen a lot of improvements in the last few years! There’s a nice playground for small children and a decent shelter. The abandoned pool has been filled in and that is much better!
Nice open area. Not a lot of shade, they don’t cut the grass often, the slide gets hot, and the equipment is a little old on one side of the park. On the other side is a new area for older kids. There’s also a grill and picnic area. Probably best used in the fall and spring. I’ve barely seen anyone there this summer.
