Chippewa Rail Trail parking lot offers an accessible starting point for walking, running, and biking along a long, paved, and well-maintained trail. The trail is relatively flat with minimal incline, making it suitable for all skill levels. Amenities include a public restroom and wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. The trail follows power lines and has a small parking lot with handicapped spots. There is a short unpaved extension to explore as well. The area is good for kids and dogs are allowed.

Long paved trail with very little incline. Good for biking or running however not great for hiking since there is very little to see along trail and it is not a loop. You have to cross the road to get to the trail and the parking lot is rather small.

Nice place to walk/run off the high speed, no berm roads. Trail is paved and there is a port-a-potty at the parking lot.

Great spot to park if walking the trail or dropping off recycling. It’s a small lot, but does offer handicapped parking spots. Great for walking or biking, this trail is easy to access and use from here – year round.

A nice flat rail trail, slightly up hill as you go north toward Medina. It’s paved all the way and well maintained and ends up in a nice little neighborhood, if you want to continue your run/ride. The only downside of this trail is that it follows the power lines, which kind of diminishes the experience. There is also a little unpaved extension that continues south from the Chippewa Road parking lot for about 1/3 of a mile.

Nice place to begin a walk/run/bike trip. Trail is marked off at every 0.5 miles.
