Just visited this place this month, for the first time ever. I really enjoyed myself & it’s a great place for what your paying & asking for. The people in the office were great! Our site had elec., cable, water, & sewer. It was close to where we wanted to be. Didn’t have a fire ring, but we could still have a fire on our site. Close to everything in town. Bathrooms were clean & ok, nothing fancy. Loved the walk to the dock & the views at night. If your expecting Sun Outdoors, this isn’t for you, it isn’t corporate.

Overall a great experience we are definitely coming back.

I Called ahead of time to make a reservation, the lady I spoke with was polite. I told the her I wanted to stay for 1 night and wanted to make a reservation. She informed me that I did not need a reservation and can pay for the site the day of. Once I arrived to check in, the gentleman at front office was rude and refused to give us any tent space for 1 night. He said they were only allowing 3 night stay minimum. If I would have been told this beforehand I would understand. However I drove out there with intentions to stay here. Luckily we found another campground nearby that allowed a 1 night stay.
