Discover an inviting local destination for both pups and children at the Tina Maple Memorial Dog Park, conveniently located on the outskirts of Chillicothe at 1908 Clay St. This fenced-in dog park offers ample space for dogs to safely run, play, and burn off their energy, while families appreciate the small playground next door, making it a great spot for both fur babies and kids. The park is known for its welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and quiet surroundings away from the central bustle of town.
Visitors enjoy the pet-friendly environment and often mention the friendly dogs and owners who frequent the park. While amenities like swings and shaded areas are available, it’s noted that after recent rain the park can get a bit muddy, and the water fountain in the small dog section may not always be functioning. Nonetheless, the well-kept grounds and community spirit keep locals and their pets coming back to this cherished spot in Chillicothe. It’s a go-to dog park for active play, socialization, and relaxing afternoons outdoors.
We love taking our dog here & our kids love that they can play also.
Great small park, a little slim on activities and the water doesn’t currently work in the small dog section but we will be back!
Cool dog park, but the kids play area could use some upgrades…it’s a mudhole.
Enough space for my fur babies to run around and play. The other dogs at the park were friendly with no incidence at all. Clean. Quiet. Outskirts of town so it’s not to bother residence. Small playground nearby if you have children. A little muddy from the recent weather otherwise kept very nice and clean Thank you.
Nice place for pups to run off some energy!
