Local community park, friendly people – mostly. Lots of dog walkers but some may not be socialized (the dogs that is). You may come across a Saturday game bring played. And for the Pokemon hunters, there is a gym and a couple of Pokemon stops close by.

I wish the city would rake the leaves lingering around the playground from 3 seasons ago

Great neighborhood park. Lovely playground with small kids zone and separate big kids zones. Swings, slides, balance bar, climbing, and chin-up and parallel bars for exercises. There is a wonderful nature space that let’s kids build and imagine with sticks and logs. The park also has 4 baseball fields, soccer/football field, small track/circle for laps (about 1/3 a mile) and 2 tennis courts.

It is so amazing to see what a local community can do with their park when they are allowed to participate. Repurposed tree parts to make natural play structures is the best thing I’ve ever seen!
