Not bad at all. Good for jogging or sitting by the river with a love one. Also cool spot for lunch.

Came here to watch rowing/crew races. Very long trail to walk. The “boathouse” is lovely. It’s the Camden Commissioner’s Office, clearly it’s been remodeled and it shows. The desk agent was not exactly friendly, meaning he didn’t greet us, but worse has happened. The whole area is pretty nice, just can be crowded. Parks are here, a track, and lots of grassy spaces. I recommend for a nice summer day.

I usually walked around the big lake and get a good 4 miles. You can walk on the sidewalks but it’s quite noisy with traffic going. Or you can walk close to the lake and get a little bit away from the road.

The lake is beautiful with abundant wildlife, and you even get to see Phillydelphia skyline in a sunny day. There are yacht club, boathouse and docks for summer water sports.

Great rowing venue for spectators! Open viewing with lots of places to park and watch. Very accessible. Lots of geese on the course, but its their river right?
