Giving a (3) only because we were provided with a FREE day…
A tour was not provided upon dropping off my dog for the first time. I asked for a call from the leadership team which never happened; and it wasn’t clear nor communicated my dog would be locked up most of the day. I thought the purpose of doggie day care was for dogs to play and interact not be boarded in a kennel. I was told my dog would get out 4-5 times during his stay. Additionally the staff were not friendly. We have visited other dog care facilities and this experience was a disappointment.
There are better facilities in the area that offer a great service to dog families.

Our dog is a rescue dog and when we first him, it was a little difficult finding a place that would accommodate him since he was very untrusting. Lucky was great right from the start! They took the time to get to know him and for him to get used to them. We have been using them for almost 4 years now and will never take him anywhere else. The staff are kind, loving, and patient and truly care about your pet. We can’t say enough good things about them. So lucky we found lucky dog!

I called to schedule my dog for boarding and was requested to bring him in for a free evaluation which I appreciated that they did that. After 4 hours of free fun and playing, he passed and was accepted! The process to get the boarding scheduled and what to expect was quick and easy all online. Hope he is allowed back after next week, up to him now.

If you’re looking for a fun bar to bring your dog to or love on other dogs look no further! My friend and I routinely come here for their drink and dog bath special (tuesdays and thursdays). Staff is always great here and the atmosphere is always fun. Highly recommend!
