A great management staff with awesome maintenance here where they aren’t paid what they are worth. The place is beautiful and getting better since Gillespie Group raised my rent from NULL to NULL in two years for bad construction choices made when it was built. Collapsed drainage causing structural issues and water under the building I’ve been sick for two years from the mold I just found yesterday under my carpet. Why do the residents have to pay Gillespie makes enough from the Stadium District? The people in this community are great and we get NOTHING for our rent how about a dog park and handicap parking with ramps not curbs in front of EVERY FRONT ENTRANCE get with it Gillespie it’s not like going to war everyone else is keeping you afloat. Take care of the spokes in the wheel or the wheel will collapse. I’m a vet any other vet agrees we serve and protect not take and bend people over to take it in the a–. They do nothing to invest in there property all our applicanes need upgraded my windows are broke and need fixed. They flat out ignore all of this but they you keep raising the rent and delivering nothing absolutely nothing. YOU DON’T FIX OR Upgrade ANYTHING EVER. You could be classified as SLUM LORDS. Listen and address your renters . Quit buying other properties and invest in the ones you have these places need massive upgrades.. Quit failing the people.. So for that ZERO stars. If I could give negative I would.

My partner and I at BESTIES have been cleaning for Gillespie Group at Legacy Parke for 4+ years. The girls in the office Bree and Zania are super sweet, caring and make sure the apartments are tip top before they’re rented. The maintenance guys Chad and Bob are also very good at making the apartments look fresh and new. We hope to clean for them forever.

Office staff are always very polite and helpful. Parking lot gets plowed quickly and well. It’s nice to have a covered parking space included in your rent. They have been making some small improvements like replacing light fixtures. I hope someday management buys some cabinets with door handles for future tenants. I’ll be relocating soon, so that won’t help me, but it would be a major improvement for anyone else that struggle to grip these current door and drawers to open them.

Brianna Pottruff has been wonderful through the tour and leasing process. We have not rented in 22 years and are now due to storm damage in our home. She was very understanding and empathetic and answered our piles and piles of questions. Readily available by phone when I have another question I didn’t think to ask. She has been super helpful with everything . She’s also been great working with our insurance company whom will be paying our rent directly during our stay making the whole process much less of a headache for our family. I highly recommend her to anybody in need of a leasing agent.
