If you’re searching for a pet-friendly outdoor space in Chandler, Arizona, this neighborhood park offers scenic, well-kept grounds perfect for dog owners and families. While the park features sports courts, picnic tables, playgrounds, shaded areas, and walking trails popular with locals, it also boasts a dedicated fenced area for dogs. The park provides a relaxing environment for leashed outings or safe play in the designated dog run area, making it a favorite for East Valley residents.
Highlights include paved walkways ideal for dog-friendly strolls, benches and shaded seating, and plenty of grassy space for relaxing or activities. The park is clean and peaceful, providing amenities for kids and adults alike, including a castle-themed playground and easy-access walking trails. It’s a nice little park to walk around with your kids or your dogs. It has a basketball and a sand volleyball court to entertain yourself and others.
Super quiet, nice place to just let kids run around.
This park is closed when it isn’t 150 degrees outside. so expect to be here past park hours. otherwise, this park is spacious and well kept. Has basketball courts and plenty of grass for soccer, Frisbee, etc.
Cons-
Baseball diamond is closed off. Would be nice if my tax dollars could be used as intended, but this isn’t the place for that.
There is one water fountain. In the whole park. They removed the portion that allowed for dogs to have drinking water(strange).
There are no marked crosswalks to or from the park. Would be useful, with kids running around near a 35mph zone.
Beautiful Park! One of my favorites in the East valley!
