Heritage Forest Dog Park offers a simple, fully fenced spot for your furry friends to run off-leash in Centreville, VA. Located on Revolution Dr, this dog park is known for its shady, wide open area—providing a convenient place for a quick pet-friendly break. The terrain is a mix of dirt, rocks, and grass, so expect your dogs to get a bit dirty, especially after it rains.
Though the park is on the smaller side—roughly the size of a single tennis court—it gives local dog owners an accessible option for off-leash play in a shaded environment. Visitors should come prepared with their own water for themselves and their pets, as there are no water fountains, restrooms, or dedicated small/large dog sections onsite.
Nice wide open area for dogs to run. No water no restrooms so make sure to bring water with you

Was very disappointed that it was all dirt. Vienna has rocks which is good as the dogs don’t get muddy with with water they provide and pick up bags. If this dog park had those few things I believe you would have more folks going there from our area.

This place is so small like smaller than the size of 1 tennis court. It’s in the shade and is all dirt and mud. There are so many better places to bring your dog. This park is definitely the worst one I’ve been to.

Very average dog park. Fenced in area that is a combination of rocks, grass, roots, and dirt. If you’re looking for a place to let your dog off the lease for a few, than this place is it. If you’re looking for a place for your dog to get out a lot of energy and really have a great time, I’d recommend shirlington dog park all day, totally worth the drive.
