I am 26 years old and have lived in 4 different apartments… The Belmont at Eastview is by far the best complex I have lived in.
Aside from the beautiful amenities and the extremely friendly and helpful staff, the customer or resident experience is top notch.
The staff handles Maintenance or service requests in a very timely manner and follow up to make sure everything went smoothly.
This has been an extremely easy and smooth transition for myself and girlfriend. I recommend for people of all ages including people with children!
I’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost a year now, and it’s been an excellent experience. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-maintained fitness center and pool to the modern communal spaces that make it easy to relax and unwind. I’ve been here for about 6 months.
Although I believe I pay a lot for my small space, the price for safety, amenities and overall peace of mind is worth it.
I love the biweekly Farmers Market, and how quick and efficient Maintenance is.
Management is also very responsive and helpful.
I really hope things stay this way. The Belmont has been great so far.
Beautiful apartment complex. All of the staff have been professional and respectful. I love that they kept the original architectural style. It doesn’t feel like a cookie cutter complex but one that has some character but is very modern. I like the walking paths and seeing the pets. There are beautiful old trees here that are impressive, as well as excellent variety of news trees and plants. Their landscaping is beautiful. There is even a pet grooming room, and a garden that residents can purchase a plot to plant their own plants. If my own personal situation was different, I would love to stay. It’s a little pricey for me right now.
This isn’t a complaint about the Belmont but about the area. It’s hard to get around without a car here even though there is a bus stop right outside, and a LIRR train station 10 minute drive from here. Seems that Central Islip can’t decide if it’s suburbia or a small city. If it had better mass transit and updated infrastructure, this area could be so much more interesting.

The Belmont at Eastview has been our home for approximately 4 months. From the walk-through, to the application process, and finally moving in — Jen and her staff have been nothing but phenomenal. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure our needs our met, amenities are pristine, and that there is a strong sense of community. We’re happy to have found such a safe and welcoming place to call home. We’d recommend the Belmont at Eastview to anyone looking!
