This park features pet-friendly access, making it a great stop for dog owners searching for a scenic walk or a peaceful day out with their furry companions. The park is known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful vistas of Northport Bay—especially stunning during winter and foggy mornings.
Families and pet lovers alike will appreciate amenities such as onsite parking, picnic tables, public restrooms, and a children’s playground complete with slides and swings. The park is wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can enjoy the grounds. Please note that a local beach permit may be required for entry, and amenities like restrooms may vary in quality based on reviews. Despite some limitations, Fleets Cove Beach Park remains a popular destination for dog-friendly outings, picnics, and waterfront relaxation.
If you are from out of town, there is a NULL fee on this beautiful sundowning town. Needless to say they don’t want you there if you’re not from there. For that price you get a very disgusting bathroom and negative attention.
No Dogs allowed, ignore the obvious dog pictures. Unless you want to chill in the park lot of course.
Came here on a foggy, misty New Year’s Day. The fog itself is what leads to our 5 star review. It was truly mysterious, peaceful, and calming. It felt very unreal, like a creepy but very interesting movie-scene type of setting. We wonder what it would be like on a beautiful day but can’t help but think foggy days like this one are where these north shore beaches reach their prime! Depending on what kind of vibe you crave of course.
