Awesome community track and field. Clean, quiet, well maintained, and super easy parking.
Cedar Grove has a lot of money to spend on its parks and it shows. Very clean, very nice fields. Good parking options. A model for other towns to follow.
A nice Multi-purpose field, with a track, scoreboard and nets/goals. There is a playground and even a small baseball field; a great place to see clouds and watch time go by.
The land these fields are on was acquired by Cedar Grove from Essex County several years ago There is softball field which is also the home field for the Cedar Grove High School Lady Panthers. There is also a multi-purpose field with a great running/walking track around it. There is also a snack bar as well as restrooms. Another field is slated to be built there in the very near future. If you are from out of town and using GPS to navigate there, I suggest using the address of 99 West Bradford Avenue, that is the Essex County DPW Yard located directly across the street form Panther Park.
Nice turf stadium, but GPS using address put me three blocks away on West Bradford.
