Located conveniently in the Catalina Foothills, the Austin Fitzgerald Memorial Dog Park offers local dog owners a safe and welcoming space for their pets to play off-leash. This popular dog park features three separate areas for different sizes of dogs—small, medium, and large—giving all pups a comfortable zone to socialize and run. The grounds include both grassy and gravel surfaces, providing variety and ample space for active fun.
Park amenities include plenty of seating such as benches and chairs, shade trees, waste bag dispensers, and trash bins for easy cleanup. There are water fountains and hoses, as well as occasional kiddie pools for thirsty dogs. Ample parking is available, and the park is easy to locate. Visitors love the friendly community of dog owners and the option to walk the perimeter for exercise. The nearby Rillito Trail makes this park an ideal stop for pet-friendly walks and dog-friendly hiking in the Tucson area.
Great dog park with water!
Three parks for Dogs in all. Big, little and medium. Sand and no grass, some shade though. No lighting early in the morning so bring a flashlight, my dogs love chasing bikes and runners who run by the park on the Rillito Trail.
Nice clean and safe dog park. There are three separate pens.
